This tool is for preliminary product selection based on the supplied data. Final rack design must be confirmed with Steely Metal after reviewing loading, pallet type, upright frames, decking, seismic requirements, and safety factors.
Data basis and limitations
These are theoretical loads per rack level for Q235 steel under uniformly distributed loading, not capacities for a single beam, physical load-test results, or certified working-load ratings. The tool compares supplied values; it does not perform a structural calculation for your rack.
