75 mm gaps and 50 mm front/rear overhang are editable examples, not approved minimums or a safety standard. Actual clearances depend on handling equipment, height and project requirements.

Total gross weight is a loading requirement, not a rated rack capacity. Pallet contact loads may differ from uniformly distributed loading. The existing Q235 beam table must not be treated as approval of this pallet arrangement.

Calculation basis

Clear bay width = pallet count × occupied width + 2 × upright clearance + (count − 1) × inter-pallet clearance. Occupied width is the larger of pallet width and loaded width. This is not overall rack width or a confirmed catalogue beam length.

Reference frame depth = pallet depth − front overhang − rear overhang. Loaded depth is shown separately; it does not determine pallet support. No rack height, aisle width or overall warehouse capacity is calculated.

Planning geometry by Steely Metal. Final specifications require review of the pallet, handling equipment and complete rack system.
